Hey, everyone new to this forum. Best ATV forum site on the web by far lots of info. Just here to share stories and swap tech tips. I am not a guy who sticks to one brand I like all the big name ATV brands. Just started my little ATV armada in December with purchasing a 2010 Polaris Sportsman 500 H.O Orange Madness Edition, love the machine lots of power. In June decided to get a semi-automatic, the price was right so I purchased a 2001 Suzuki King Quad 300 4x4 its a powerful little bike. I do trail riding a lot, use my bikes for bear hunting, and love hitting the swamps and mud holes. Talk to you all later.

Ok since it looks like we wont be doing this big ride that Moose was going to do.. I figured I would post this up and see who wants to go to this event.. I haven't signed up yet but I think I will be signing up soon.. Seems like a decent price and everyone walks out with a prize from what I hear (anything from a Hat o Rims).. This was over at the Can-Am forums...
Read the ad and it will give you all the info... If you guys are interested let me know who will be going then we can start signing up.. There is even a night ride Friday if guys want to shoot up there Friday night...
I'm trying to see if we can kill two birds in one shot, as many of you have been reading the forum there is a few of us who are thinking of a long haul run posted by moose for mid sep or early october. I found that is really hard to keep track and post accurate responses on a decent time frame for everybody, so here is my idea. Hopefully everybody can read this by monday, then think of every question posible and check your schedule for every posible day you guys can. Now we can all get together for a day run, somewhere not to far, newtonville perhaps, then by all of us being there we can agree in something and make it happend, because at this pace hunting season is gonna be all over us. Like the title says, the proposed day for the meet/ride would be this saturday. Come on everybody, let just not leave everything to moose. Any input?, feel free to leave a comment.
I have noticed that some of you have been posting just a raw link to your videos you have seen or posted to youtube, but this site has a way to embed them right into your post...
When you make a post, you will see all the formatting buttons just above the text are you are typing in. The fifth button from the left looks like a blue square. If you mouse over it, it says "Enter a media tag". Just click on that and select youtube video.
Then in the box that pops up, you can type in the direct page URL to the video, OR just type in the video number from youtube...
Looking to do some trails, ice fishing and all around good fun. Any sugestions in ATV size and options. Narrowed it down to Polaris 500 -550 but can't decide on what options I need to consider. Keep in mind I have a 3 and 5 yr old and they'll want to be on the lake or trail sometimes. I appreciate the feedback.
I am looking at buying a used Polaris RZR and noticed some big price differences between what seem like the same ride.I have seen 2009 and 2008 foe $10000 to $3000.What am I missing?
